Welcome to the station! N5XU, the club station of the University of Texas Amateur Radio Club, has been at its present location near the corner of 24th Street and Speedway in Austin, Texas, since the early 1970's. As you can see, when we talk about our "shack" we're not joking. What it lacks in looks it makes up for in easy access to antennas and a great view of the University of Texas at Austin tower.
